Shipping & Delivery
All orders are sent using Evri Tracked.
1. Standard UK delivery 2-5 working days - £2.99 (Free on orders over £30)
2. Express UK delivery 1-2 working days £4.99 (Order must be placed before 12pm Monday-Thursday)

Rules And Restrictions
Processing and delivering your order on time is of the utmost importance to us. Please allow 1-2 days for orders to be processed (excl. Saturday and Sunday) and should be with you in 2-5 days (international deliveries vary). Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. If it has been more than five working days and you have not received your product (UK orders), please contact us by email info@nouralondon.com
Please note that processing times may increase occasionally when there is especially heavy demand, e.g. around Christmas.
International Shipping
International orders will be charged at a standard rate of £7.99 to cover shipping fees. This included any country outside the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions. We will be under no liability for failed order due to issues beyond our control.
Returns And Damages
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however should you be less than satisfied please return it in its original condition within 14 working days from delivery.
If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods or incomplete or incorrect delivery you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us.
Please ensure you wrap all goods safely and send via a secure method such as recorded delivery. Items purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set, not as individual items.
Refunds for items given as a gift can only be given to the original purchaser; however you can request a replacement or exchange.
Please Note: We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
Damaged, Faulty Or Incorrect Items
If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.
Please notify us immediately by email.
To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection on return to the studio.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online.
